AWS used its 29 June weekly roundup to highlight the preview launch of Agentic CX designer for Amazon Connect Customer, a no-code canvas for designing and deploying AI-powered self-service experiences.
AWS says the tool lets business teams combine agentic and deterministic AI in governed customer journeys, moving from design to testing, simulation and production-ready experiences in weeks rather than months.
The launch also includes Live Sync in preview, which AWS describes as a way to drive a customer’s web or mobile experience in real time as they speak or type with a service flow.
